These terms govern your use of Examly, operated by Alparslan Köprülü. By using the app you agree to them.

Service

Examly provides study planning, practice questions, mock sessions, flashcards, study-material tools and AI-assisted tutoring. AI-generated explanations and questions are study aids and may contain errors.

No official affiliation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a licensed content pack, Examly is not an official examination authority and generated practice questions are not official exam questions. Official dates, eligibility, scoring and examination rules should be checked with the relevant examination authority.

Accounts and user content

Users are responsible for material they upload and must have the right to use it. Users must not upload unlawful material or content that infringes third-party rights.

AI features

AI features may process prompts and user-provided content through configured external providers. Users should verify important academic facts and official examination rules against authoritative sources.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal and cancellation are determined by the storefront checkout shown to the user.

Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant storefront before renewal, subject to the storefront's rules.

Credits

Credits are consumable digital units used for higher-cost generation features such as AI images or videos. Credit packs are granted only after server-side purchase verification. Credits are not cash and are not transferable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Availability

AI providers, examination structures and external services can change. The service may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable.

Acceptable use

Users must not abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas or billing, extract credentials, attack the backend, or use the service unlawfully.

Account deletion

The app provides an in-app account deletion flow. Deletion is intended to remove account-linked study data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legally required transaction/accounting retention.

Educational disclaimer

The application does not guarantee a particular examination score, admission result or certification outcome.
