Delete your Examly account

Examly works without an account. If you signed in with Apple, Google or email to sync your progress, you can delete that account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Examly and tap the profile button on the Today screen.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This immediately deletes your account, synced study progress, uploaded notes and AI history from our servers.

Without the app

Email techtactoeappstudio@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: account and sign-in identifiers, study progress and plans, uploaded notes and files, AI tutor history, purchase records, push tokens and AI credit balance.
• Not affected: Apple and Google keep their own purchase receipts. Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically — cancel them in App Store or Google Play settings first.
